QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain testing processes for new and existing features

• Create and execute manual test plans while laying the groundwork for automated testing

• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and designers to define acceptance criteria and catch bugs early

• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution

• Establish QA standards, tools, and reporting practices that can scale as the team grows

• Advocate for quality and user experience across the product lifecycle

Experience

• Proven experience in Software QA / Test Engineering, with a proven track record of leading testing strategy for complex systems

• Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), and PyTest

• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs and GraphQL APIs

• Strong attention to detail, with a systematic approach to problem-solvin
