Program Manager/Scrum Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee product development projects from idea to delivery

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

• Manage schedules, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality releases

• Serve as a bridge between founders, product leads, and distributed engineering teams to ensure alignment and clear communication

• Help establish scalable development processes, tools, and documentation

• Monitor team progress, identify blockers early, and drive resolutions

• Track and report on progress, outcomes, and risks to leadership

Experience (Program)

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Project Manager (startup experience is a plus)

• Strong understanding of and practices, and the ability to adapt them to an early-stage environment

• Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams

• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
